ssh+svn (client) under Windows (XP)

Hi,
i'm trying to use the subversion client under Windows XP.
Now, i've got a problem to check out a project via ssh+svn (set up on a linux machine)
when typing
"svn co ssh+svn://host/path"
the error msg i receive is:
svn: The system cannot find the file specified.
svn: Could not create tunnel.

for sure turtoiseSVN doesn't also work

is there an additional command/setting/program, that supports windows creating an ssh tunnel? there is no other msg to receive the machine than by ssh

thx @ll
