Commit template for editor

Hi...

Is there a mechanism in subversion (similar to rcsinfo of CVS) to allow a
server based commit/logmessage template which is sent to the users $EDITOR
whenever a svn ci takes place, so the user just needs to fill it out?

Mabye I am too stupid for searching the archives and the docs, but couldn't
find something
