SVN 0.31 / DB4.0.14 / Redhat 9, having problems with WebDAV(mod_dav_svn)

        I keep getting:
        
        [Sun Oct 19 12:50:57 2003] [error] [client 10.1.42.7] Could not fetch
        resource information. [500, #0]
        [Sun Oct 19 12:50:57 2003] [error] [client 10.1.42.7] Could not open the
        SVN filesystem at /var/svn [500, #160029]
        [Sun Oct 19 12:50:57 2003] [error] [client 10.1.42.7] (17)File exists:
        Berkeley DB error while opening environment for filesystem /var/svn/db:
        Resource temporarily unavailable [500, #160029]
        
        Although I can exercise locally with SVN on the file:///var/svn
        directory. Any ideas? Please e-mail directly.
