Yes please. :-)

I stumbled onto that problem, when I accidentally hit 'OK' in TortoiseSVN's
copy dialog instead of 'cancel'. Since source and destination URLs are
identical by default, creating a copy into itself was not-really(tm) what I
wanted to happen.

Admittedly that hasn't happened to me when using the svn cl client yet,
which I use often. But I'm also a bit paranoid and try my cl commands on a
dummy repository, before trashing our production repos ;-)
