It was renamed to 'svnadmin lsdblogs' (wasn't this is the CHANGES
file?)

Anyway, just last night, I renamed *that* to 'svnadmin list-dblogs'
and 'svnadmin list-unused-dblogs' just to further confuse people. :)

So future releases will have those commands.
