Here's a link to UnxUtils, also including patch.exe:

For this you don't need to download the Updates.zip, it doesn't
include patch.exe (though it might be useful for other purposes if
you start liking unixing on Wondows). Beside usual disclaimers: I
have not used any of the tools so far, just downloaded them a few
months ago.
