{ Mumble, grumble }. This is at least the fourth report of Berkeley
DB 4.1.25 screwing up our 'changes' table. And now that 'svnadmin
dump' is based almost entirely on the 'changes' table, it makes it
really hard to get outta this sticky situation.

I wouldn't mind taking a look at your repository and seeing if I can't
whip it into shape. Just provide a URL to a tarball or something (so
long as the thing isn't gonna be a 2 gig download).
