Summary of converters?

If anyone would like to put together the list described here:

   http://subversion.tigris.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1462

that would be nifty. I know there are at least two CVS-to-SVN
converters out there (the one in our tree, and the VCP-based one by
Chia-liang Kao), and a p4 converter or two. There may be others. It
would be great if we had a FAQ entry listing their URLs.

Anyone feel like taking on this information-gathering task?
