Collab.net svn repository broken?????

I'm unable to download the latest SVN code from the repository. Using
the 0.26.0 tarball, I get the following error:

svn: Berkeley DB error
svn: PROPFIND request failed on '/repos/svn/trunk'
svn:
Berkeley DB error while checkpointing after Berkeley DB transaction for
filesystem /usr/www/repositories/svn/db:
DB_INCOMPLETE: Cache flush was unable to complete

I've done this several times in the past, so unless something has
changed recently, I don't think it's anything I'm doing wrong. I hope it
is however.
