"SVN Copy and add files to this WC" on right-click: SVN properties not set correctly

Hi there,

We have the following behavior:
* Version controlled file is dragged from one repo to another, using right-click
* At the target, the option "SVN Copy and add files to this WC" is chosen (see attachment)
* The added file does not have the SVN properties it should receive according to tsvn auto props

When I just copy the file over and use "SVN add" from Tortoise, the properties are set correctly.

Has anyone experienced this behavior?
