SASL tools

I find it awesome that TortoiseSVN includes a SVN command line tools distribution. This way I can easily use svnserve on our build server without installing a plethora of other tools and the SVN version always remains in sync with the installed Tortoise SVN shell extension.
My only stumbling block was that the SASL tools were not included. Here I specifically mean saslpasswd2 and sasldblistusers2.
I would greatly appreciate if these two tools would be included in the future TortoiseSVN releases.
