Issue with Diff on repository checkout file

Hi,

One of our users run into a diff with previous version on TortoiseSVN with checkout repository. It works perfectly before and started to have issue. And the issue is repeatable.

Basically the issue is something like this:

1. Create a folder and then using TortoiseSVN to checkout the source file
2. Run a diff with previous version to see who commit what and got the error (see attachment)
