Svn tool question

Hello,

I have been struggling to find an option where when I move files from one folder to another using the SVN tool, the file does not automatically gets committed with the current timestamp. Is there an option where I can use the old timestamp. Please find the scenario below for better clarity.

File A – Folder A – Committed on 06/25/2017
File A – Moved from Folder A – B – The timestamp on committing becomes 06/27/2017.
Is there an option to have the timestamp on the same file in Folder B as 06/25/2017

Thanks and Regards,
Anisha Kilam
