RE: How do I subscribe to a topic?

I just tried reading the Tigris help page to find an answer to this question. It says "On the Project Home page, click Discussions in the left navigation menu". In the TortoiseSVN project, there IS no Discussions topic. Surely there _must_ be a way of getting an e-mail when someone responds to a topic I have started?
