TSVN startIndex error

Hi All,
                My first post here, so please point out procedural mistakes that I make!

Using VS2015 & 2017 with TSVN plugin;
Whenever I Click TSVN > Commit or TSVN > Update I am thrown an error as below.

[devenv 30/03/2017 , 11:24:25 LogicanAutomation - Microsoft Visual Studio (Administrator)]
This happens for any solution that I try this on.
It doesn't happen to any other developer's PC with the same solution.
I have tried reinstalling VS, TSVN, extensions, Ankh and anything else I could think of. I have also deleted the files and got the subversion fresh. Nothing has helped.

If I run TSVN on an individual folder or individual file, then it DOES work.

Any ideas?
