I should have clarified this more: I referred to "in SVN" regarding folders. Does this flag actually make sense on folders?
However, I thought that it would be nice to know if all files in that folder are either in SVN or ignored, so that you don't have any unversioned items. That's the background of my question.
But this status should be covered by "WCUNVER" already, so I assume that "in SVN" on folders is useless.
