Shell Overlays disappeared after 1.9.5

Been using Subversion since 2007.
Worked flawlessly and fit my needs.
I use File Commander XE 2014 and Windows Explorer w/in Windows 7 Enterprise to see the versioned files on my hard drive. Every once in a while the Subversion-specific file icons (shell overlays) will disappear when I'm checking in a file, but they eventually reappear. If they do not, I issue an SVN Clean and check the option to refresh the shell overlays. This always fixes the problem.

But since I upgraded to 1.9.5 yesterday and rebooted, they are gone in both file management tools and have not come back. Cleanup didn't work to bring them back either. Any ideas how I can get them back?
