Project Monitor - exclude projects from 'Update All'

I would like to exclude some 'projects' on the monitor to be updated when 'Update All' is selected.

Most of my projects can be updated to the latest version, but a few (external) projects should never be updated without being reviewed!

So it would be nice to add an option in the project setup dialog, to 'exclude' the project from 'Update all'.
