Thank you for the reply. Let me apologize for the incomplete description.
The shell extension works fine until i connect to a network share that is
under active directory. Then the windows explorer hangs and does not work
until i restart the system. Then everything works fine until i connect to a
network share again. The tortoise svn client i am using
is TortoiseSVN-1.9.4.27285-x64-svn-1.9.4
