no check-commit client hook?

I recently installed TSVN 1.9.4.27285-x64 on Windows 7 Pro for work needs.
Several years since the last time I used TSVN.

In section 4.30.8. Client Side Hook Scripts, there is a description for a
"Check-commit" hook, however, in Settings->Hook Scripts->Add, the Hook Type
pull-down doesn't list "Check-commit" as an available type.

Is this a removed feature, a future feature, documentation error or a bug
in the Settings dialog?

Also, the help documentation doesn't parameters for "Check-commit".
