A file that doesn't exist is locked

Hi,

I am trying to delete an old project through the repo browser. There are only folders left in the project, but when I try to delete them, I get a message stating that I do not own the lock on a particular file. When I browse to the location of that file, it isn't there. I don't know how many of these "invisible" files there are at this location.

The user 'kpalmer' no longer works here, but she had the same problem. She could not delete the project or any of the "invisible" files because they were locked.

I am using the latest version of TortoiseSVN (1.9.4).

Thank you,
Patrice
