Emne: TortoiseSVN stopped working after update

Hi,

I didn't find an answer to this, so my apologies if it's been asked before.

I've been using TortoiseSVN 1.7 for several years. I've got a very basic installation, with just a single directory (with subdirectories) holding my working copies as well as some non-versioned files, and the repository in a sibling directory (sharing the same parent as the working directory). For simplicity, we can say the working copies are in c:\Working and the repository is in c:\Repos.

Everything was working fine until yesterday, when I updated to TortoiseSVN 1.9.4. Now everything in c:\Working has lost its SVN status (no icons, no context menu). All of the data is still in the repository, though, when I use the repository browser to browse to c:\Repos.

So it appears that I just need to tell TortoiseSVN that c:\Working is a working directory, though I don't know how to do that. One thing I thought about doing is to rename c:\Working to c:\Working.old, and do a checkout of everything in the repository into c:\Working and then copy everything from c:\Working.old into the new c:\Working to get all of the non-versioned files there as well. However, this seems like it's probably not necessary, as I would think there's a way just to have TortoiseSVN recognize the current c:\Working as a working directory.

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated!

andy
