Not sure what auto updater you are talking about. I'm not aware of an
auto updater built into TSVN.

The TSVN update notification is displayed since presumably you have a
version < 1.9.4 installed on ur machine. Simply update to 1.9.4 and the
message should disappear. 1.9.4.27285 is the correct one (even though
the update notification in TSVN might point you to a link stating
1.9.4.27283).
