[TSVN] Feature Request: Drag&drop to create externals with fixed revision

Hi there,
As described in the following doc, it is possible to create externals by using drag&drop in Windows explorer, which is a nice feature:
This creates externals which are referencing the HEAD. Anyhow, the site above also recommends to use explicit revision numbers. Unfortunately this is not possible via drag&drop, i.e. one has to modify the externals to set explicit revision numbers.
It would be great if the context menu could be extended to allow creation of externals which are fixed to the latest revision of the files/folders being dragged.
