Unversion and add to ignore list for folder not working

Hi!

I use v1.9.4 64 bit on Win7.

I just used "Unversion and add to ignore list" on a file (fileA), commited and it worked fine.
Then I did the same for another file (fileB) and a folder (all 3 in the same parent folder).

In the commit dialog everything looked OK:
 - the files names were added to the ignore list properties
 - the files (the folder and its contents, except the unversioned ones) were present and checked

But on the actual commit, only the properties and the deletion of fileB was commited.

I can select "Unversion and add to ignore list" on the folder again and commit it again, but in the commit progress dialog again, the deletions are not executed.

Checking in the Log messages dialog confirms:
 - in the first commit, the changes were: fileA deleted, "fileA" added to svn:ignore on the parent folder
 - in the second commit: : fileB deleted, "fileB" and "folder" added to svn:ignore on the parent folder

Is there something I'm missing?

Note: the folder I'm trying to unversion contains some versioned files and some unversioned files.

Regards,
David Balažic

PS: In the "Check for modifications" dialog the "Explore to" option:
 - is not shown for the unversioned files (that are in status "deleted" but still present on the disk)
 - does not work (nothing happens after clicking) for files marked "conflicted"
