Automating Create Folder/Add File functions

Hi team,

Our team regularly works with TortoiseSVN for code imports and changes etc.

In the Repo Browser, I would like to know how I can automate creating a folder and adding a file into it from my local system.

Here are the manual steps I go through daily:
Right Click -> Repo Browser -> go to the project path > right click -> Create Folder -> refresh -> go to that folder -> right click -> Add a File -> Select File from my local -> Enter

Kindly help me automate the whole process so I can save some work time of our project.
