TortoiseProc.exe request external server access

Hi All,

I just noticed that whenever I do SVN commit,update & show log etc
operations *Tortoiseproc.exe* try to access
*a173-223-235-24.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com
<http://a173-223-235-24.deploy.static.akamaitechnologies.com> *though we
use *on premise* SVN server. My firewall blocks the connections to
akamaitechnologies.com so the SVN access is very slow and some times shows
error (Attached the pic). Could you please tell me why Tortoiseproc.exe
needs to access akamaitechnologies.com even though we use on premise SVN
server ?

SVN Version : 1.7.19
Client : Tortoise SVN 1.7.12, Build 24070
