I've tested TortoiseSVN trunk build with spell-checker cache disabled:
spell-checking cache significantly improves performance when some
large text copied to edit box, but it seems typing experience is fine
even when spell-checker cache is disabled. So I think it doesn't worth
to backport spell-checker changes to 1.9.x.
