Mainly for the record and to provide some feedback:
Ever since we updated the TSVN version to the nightly which integrates
SQLite 3.13.0 the problem didn't reoccur (tests done on two machines
which ran into the problem regularly with TSVN 1.9.4). Hence we take it
this really solved the problem for us.
