Commit dIalog auto completion does not work for files containing umlauts

Hi,

the Commit dialog auto completion does not work for files containing umlauts.

Create a file named "Häsh" and add it.

Go to commit dialog type "Häs" and see that no auto completion box shows up, even if I press Shift+Space. The filename, however, is in the autocompletion list and whos up if I just type "H" and press Shift+Space.
