Tortoise Blame - show Date as column

Hello,

I would like to, instead of hovering over revision to see, have a column with the date of the last revision that changed the line.

I have checked out the TortoiseSVN source and I found this interesting line:

which I guess there for completness or historical reasons.

Is there any way to enable this via settings or so, or enable it in other way except recompiling with this flag flipped to true?
