RE: TortoiseSVN Bug? bugtraq and COM interface issue

I installed the nightly build and I have confirmed that this issue does not occur. The build details are:

TortoiseSVN 1.9.99, Build 27333 - 64 Bit -dev, 2016/06/04 09:15:43
ipv6 enabled
Subversion 1.9.5, -dev
apr 1.5.2
apr-util 1.5.4
serf 1.3.8
OpenSSL 1.0.2h 3 May 2016
zlib 1.2.8
SQLite 3.13.0

The issue occurs with release build 1.9.4.27285 (x64).
