How to clean everythink?

From: Bernhard Kleine <bernhard.kleine_at_gmx.net>

Since two weeks I am working with Tortoise SVN. There has been some
superfluous activity and therefore, I would like to remove everything
from the repo(s) and start fresh. A new install does not work. There are
still ruins from the old one. How to make a clean repo?

Kind regards and thank you for any help
Bernhard Kleine
