VisualSVN Server always logs all errors to 'Application and Services'
| 'VisualSVN Server' log in Event Viewer.

I'm still do not understand what is 'Java-SSL-Tunnel' and how it
works. Does it act as proxy server? What URL do you use as URL for
Subversion client (http:// or https://)?
