Suggestion: Allow specifying paths instead of URIs

Hi,

simple suggestion:
When doing a checkout, allow specifying the origin of the repository
also directly in the Windows path format.

Assuming that you created a repository on C:\MyRepo and want to check it
out, the checkout dialog should accept C:\MyRepo (in addition to
file:///C:/MyRepo).

Reasoning: Reduce the hurde for new users to get started with SVN.

Would that suggestion make sense?
