If they are truly temp files than I wouldn't expect to see any svnXXXX.tmp files in the dir so it seems some get deleted and some do not(bug?).. based on what client hooks are being called?

Also I do occasionally get the same file thats printed in the script with the correct information. It just seems random, but may be working as intended?
