Hi Sander,

might be the current issue with broken nightly builds (see other thread:
"nightly Builds fail to build because SymUpload.exe failed").

If so, I take it you just wait a day or two until the problem is
resolved (alternatively you could build TSVN from source - obviously
this is some work to set up a proper build environment - hence maybe
it's more feasible to simply wait a few days?).
