[Feature] Project monitor track users

Hello, I've recently updated to Tortoise SVN 1.9.3 and found out about Project Monitor, which is exactly what I was thinking about recently.
But it's missing one feature that I thought would be nice, I hope i'm submitting to the right mailing list.
I'm a tech lead of a team, so I have to do reviews to code submitted by my team, and i'd like to be warned of when specific users (my team only) commit code.
Similar to the ignore users, but the other way around :).
Is it possible?
