nightly Builds fail to build because SymUpload.exe failed

I see that the latest nightly builds failed, because SymUpload.exe failed to upload the PDBs to the symbol server:

     [exec] Uploading...
     [exec] ERROR: SOAP 1.2 fault: SOAP-ENV:Sender[no subcode]
     [exec] "HttpSendRequest failed"
     [exec] Detail: A connection with the server could not be established
     [exec]

BUILD FAILED

C:\TSVN\tortoisesvn\default.build(401,18):
External Program Failed: C:\TSVN\tortoisesvn\ext\CrashServer\SymUpload.exe (return code was 1)

Can you please look what is wrong with the symbol server?
