I have administrator privileges on that machine. I can see the directory's content in Explorer, and I can start ccollabgui.exe from there.

That shouldn't matter, at least not for the menu entry shown in the log
window. The menu entry is shown if the exe is found. There are no more
checks done at that time.

That doesn't matter either.
But maybe the path is not readable by the current user?
