Disable TSVNCache.exe for elevated processes?

I noticed that on my system usually TSVNCache.exe processes are running, one with medium integrity level and one with high integrity level (UAC elevated).

I dislike that TSVNCache.exe is running in elevated mode, as from my understanding only selected processes should be granted elevated privileges.

Furthermore I do not use anything SVN-related in elevated processes.

I would like to disable the cache for the elevated mode.
But if I disable the cache in elevated mode the cache is completely disabled.

Is there a way to achieve this?
