tsvn websites

Hi all,

is it just me, or is the tortoisesvn.sf.net website not up to date?

It still advertises TSVN 1.8.11, at least for me.

And to get to the newes release you have to go through
"downloads/older releases" aka
https://sourceforge.net/projects/tortoisesvn/files/.

My second problem is with tortoisesvn.net. It displays fine with
firefox - and 1.9.3 as recent - but when I try to use my beloved Opera
(12.17) I only get "Secure connection: fatal error (80) from server".

But I assume that is most likely a problem at my end.
