Bug: Will not save client certificate credentials

From: Chris Capon <ttabyss_at_gmail.com>

TortoiseSVN v1.9.3.27038
When performing an Update using a connection which requires Client
certificates, this version of TortoiseSVN will save:

     - the location of the client certificate file
     - the login credentials for the subversion server

but will not save:

     - the password for the client certificate file

Attached is a photo of the dialog. I have tried clicking and unclicking
the Save authentication checkbox but haven't found a combination which
preserves the password. This dialog appears every time.

Thanks,
Chris.
