SSL error when trying to perform CO from SoftwareForge (CAC enabled)

When trying to perform a CO from a Software Forge repository using CAC certificate, I received the following error:
"error running context: an error occurred during ssl communication"

It worked on another computer using TSVN version 1.9.0 and from the same computer using Collabnet's CAC enabled command line svn.
