Auto-Properties is an svn feature where you can configure properties to
be set automatically on new/added files, depending on the file type.
For example, you might want to add the svn:eol-style property to all
your text files or the keyword property on cpp files or...

"Automatic Property Setting"

When the checkbox is enabled, all configured auto-properties are
automatically added.
But sometimes this isn't wanted, so you can disable this with the checkbox.
