BUG: Delete unversioned items... missing from Extended Context Menu

Not a newbie here, noticed something was not matching up with the help files.

FYI the extended menu is supposed to have a lovely feature for deleting unversioned files. I don't remember what position it was supposed to be in the extended context menu but it's not there.

Windows 7
Tortoise 1.9

I checked the issue tracker and the release notes, there isn't any mention of the menu item being deleted or of a bug being reported where it is missing.
