Feature request: Check for Modifications in Merge dialog

I would find the following Feature very helpful:

There is a warning message in merge dialog in the "working copy" Group if you have local modifications. On the right site there is a "Show log" button.
If you have local modifications, you normally want to see the local modifications. Therefore an additional button, "Check for local modifications" would be helpful.
