FWIW: I have the same setup as the two previous posters (Dell laptop,
second monitor) and I could NOT replicate this behavior. I tried a bunch of
different configurations of the positioning of the monitors, and which was
the primary monitor. My monitors have different resolutions (internal
1920x1080, external 1440x900). Also Win10 (running Engl/US language), and
same version string:
TortoiseMerge 1.9.3, Build 27038 - 64 Bit , 2015/12/13 11:53:16
libsvn_diff 1.9.3,
apr 1.5.2
apr-util 1.5.4
(Original issue, according to the code, should have be solved in VS2013 and
I think TSVN is now built using VS2015 so probably another problem?)
