Probable bug for Tortoise French Localisation

Hi,

I installed latest stable Tortoise SVN today :
TortoiseSVN-1.9.3.27038-x64-svn-1.9.3.msi
Then I installed french language pack :
LanguagePack_1.9.3.27038-x64-fr.msi
And then restarted Windows 7.

Tortoise SVN is fine except that if I right-click on a svn folder I have contextual menu in english.
I tried to reinstall the language pack, restart Windows 7 two times but it is still in english.

What else could I do to correct this problem if it's not a bug ?
