TortoiseSVN v1.9.3.27038 Causes EMET to Crash Applications

We have Microsoft's Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit (EMET) installed
on our computers. We recently upgraded our TortoiseSVN from version
1.8.8.25755 to 1.9.3.27038. After installing the new version, EMET started
identifying "Caller mitigation" attacks and would crash the program:

- Openiing an x509 certificate encrypted email in Outlook
- Clicking a file upload browse button on our Intranet site

The specific message was: EMET detected Caller mitigation and will close
the application: IEXPLORE.EXE (or OUTLOOK.EXE).

More information on EMET can be found at
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2458544.

I don't know what changed in your software, but EMET doesn't like it.
